For $10.49 the soup, salad and breadsticks special is unlimited and runs every weekday until 2:30 PM, which makes it the cheapest full meal at any national sit down chain. The $6 Take Home Entrée
Olive Garden's checkout screen and servers offer a second entrée for six dollars with any entrée purchase. The list is short and rotates around five cheese ziti al forno, fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti with meat sauce, dishes that cost $17.99 to $13.99 on the regular menu. It is boxed cold so it reheats at home the next day, and it is the single largest saving on the menu.
Family Bundles and Pans
The family style menu prices a pan of lasagna, ziti, chicken alfredo or chicken parmigiana with a jumbo salad and a dozen breadsticks for four to six people from $64.49. Per person that is about eleven dollars with sides, against $18.49 for a single lasagna in the restaurant. The large lasagna bundle for twelve at $96.99 is the lowest cost per head on the whole menu.
Seasonal Promotions
Olive Garden runs a handful of limited time offers each year. The Never Ending Pasta Bowl returns in late summer with unlimited pasta, sauces, soup or salad and breadsticks at one price.
