What the Olive Garden App Does

Wait list

See the current wait at your restaurant and add your party before you leave home. The app texts you when the table is close.

Order ahead

Build a ToGo or delivery order from the full menu, schedule a pickup time and pay in the app. Curbside pickup is available at most locations.

Pay and save

Store a gift card or credit card, view recent orders, reorder favorites and see any active eClub offer.

How to Set Up the Olive Garden App

1

Download

Install the Olive Garden app from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.

2

Create an account

Sign up with your email; the same account works on olivegarden.com. The eClub box in the same step brings the welcome offer.

3

Pick your restaurant

Allow location access or search a city in the store locator to set a home restaurant.

4

Add a payment method

Store a card or a gift card; the balance shows in the wallet.

5

Join the wait list or order

Tap Wait List to reserve a spot, or Order to start a ToGo or delivery cart.

How the Wait List Works

The wait list shows the current quoted time and lets you join from anywhere. Arrive within a few minutes of your quoted time; the host holds your place for a short window, and the app sends a text when the table is ready. On Friday and Saturday nights at busy stores, join 30 to 45 minutes before you plan to arrive. Wait lists close 30 minutes before the restaurant does.

ToGo and Delivery Orders

The app carries the full menu, including family style pans and catering. Choose pickup, curbside or delivery, pick a time, and pay. Delivery through the app is handled by Olive Garden's delivery partner on orders that meet the minimum, and the delivery page compares it with the third party apps.

Common Problems and Fixes

  • Login fails: reset the password on olivegarden.com; the app and site share one account.
  • Restaurant not listed: check the store page in our locator; a few locations do not offer curbside or delivery.
  • Wait list unavailable: the list closes 30 minutes before closing and on days the restaurant is at capacity.
  • Gift card declined: enter the PIN from the scratch off panel; bonus cards have date limits.
