1. Information We Collect
The Olive Garden Menus (“we”, “us”) operates https://theolivegardenmenus.com. We do not require an account and do not ask for personal details to use the site. We collect information in three ways:
- Contact and newsletter forms. Your name, email address and message are sent to us through Web3Forms so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your request.
- Browser storage. The nutrition calculator saves your meal tray in your browser's localStorage. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Log and analytics data. Our hosting provider and analytics record standard technical data such as pages visited, browser type, approximate location from your IP address, referring page and time on page. This is aggregated and used to improve the site.
2. Cookies and Advertising
We may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or through aboutads.info.
Third-party ad servers or networks may use cookies, JavaScript or web beacons in the advertisements that appear on this site. We have no access to or control over these cookies.
3. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Our privacy policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Consult the privacy policies of those third parties for details on their practices and on how to opt out. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; instructions are available on each browser's website.
4. CCPA Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to request that a business disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, to request deletion of personal data, and to request that a business not sell personal data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us; we respond within one month.
5. GDPR Data Protection Rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we hold only form submissions, a request through the contact page is enough; we respond within one month.
6. Children's Information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our forms, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
